Overseas Shipping and Processing Policies

   Prompt shipping: Products usually are shipped within two working days of the receipt of the order. In the rare instance where the product is temporarily out of stock, you will be promptly notified of the situation via
e-mail.

   Foreign orders: If you desire an order to be shipped to an international destination, place your order through the shopping cart specifying international mail.
   When possible, orders for products to be shipped to foreign destinations will be sent in a U.S. Post Office Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. The shipping cost, including handling charges, will be $14.00 for an envelope holding up to 4 lbs.
    If the shipping cost will exceed $14.00, we will contact you by e-mail for your approval prior to shipping your order, and hold your order until you reply, giving authorization for the item to be shipped. If you do not reply within 3 days, your order will be shipped at the higher rate quoted in our email.
